Building a diverse and inclusive workplace in which everyone is compensated fairly is incredibly important to us. Our UK Gender Pay Gap report shows that we need to get more women into King, particularly into the more senior levels of the organisation. We need to continue to invest in hiring and developing more great female talent.
What is the gender pay gap?
The gender pay gap refers to the difference between the average earnings of male and female employees across an organisation, or society. This is different from equal pay, which focuses on whether men and women are compensated equally for performing the same or similar work.
